CourseGraphic Foundations of HVAC is a practical course combining lecture and hands-on instruction. Topics include: Introduction to HVAC; Trade Math; Copper and Plastic Piping Practices; Soldering and Brazing; Basic Carbon Steel Piping Practices, Basic Electricity; Introduction to Cooling; Introduction to Heating; Air Distribution Systems.
*Before registering for any of Liberty’s Non-Credit Technical Studies courses, you must obtain your NCCER card number. If you do not have an NCCER card, you may go to NCCER.org and create an account to get your number.
*Students must have either completed the CORE course prior to enrolling in this Level 1 course or be enrolled in the CORE course for the same semester as this Level 1 course, in order to enroll in this Level 1 course.
