CourseGraphic Foundations of Plumbing is a practical course combining lecture and hands-on instruction. Topics addressed include: Introduction to the Plumbing Profession, Plumbing Safety, Plumbing Tools, Introduction to Plumbing Math, Introduction to Plumbing Drawings, Plastic Pipe and Fittings, Copper Pipe and Fittings, Cast-Iron Pipe and Fittings, Carbon Steel Pipe and Fittings, Fixtures and Faucets, Introduction to Drain, Waste, and Vent Systems and Introduction to Water Distribution Systems.
*Before registering for any of Liberty’s Non-Credit Technical Studies courses, you must obtain your NCCER card number. If you do not have an NCCER card, you may go to NCCER.org and create an account to get your number.
*Students must have either completed the CORE course prior to enrolling in this Level 1 course or be enrolled in the CORE course for the same semester as this Level 1 course, in order to enroll in this Level 1 course.
