CourseGraphic Advanced Pipe Welding is a practical course combining lecture and hands-on instruction. Topics addressed include techniques with: GTAW: Plate, SMAW -Open-Root Pipe Welds, GMAW -Pipe, FCAW -Pipe, GTAW -Carbon Steel Pipe, GTAW -Low Alloy and Stainless Pipe, and SMAW: Stainless Steel Groove Welds.
*Before registering for any of Liberty’s Non-Credit Technical Studies courses, you must obtain your NCCER card number. If you do not have an NCCER card, you may go to NCCER.org and create an account to get your number.
*Students must have completed the CORE course and every previous lower-level course, in order to enroll in this course.
