CourseGraphic The Performance Metrics for Program Implementation in the Public Sector course is an introductory course designed to introduce current and future public servants to the value of performance metrics for program implementation in the public sector. Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to: Define public policy, Explain why performance management is important, and Evaluate ways to improve agency and employee productivity.
