CourseGraphic In this course, you will learn that accomplishing the strong relationships necessary for successful implementation of public policy is no easy task!  The act of governance is a complex, fluid series of activities.  As students of public administration, government employees need the tools necessary to develop public policy for the benefit of citizens – starting with relationships.                                                   

This course requires between 8-10 hours of study.   

Module 1:  Covenant Relationships as the Foundation of Public Administration
Module 2: Influence of Implementation Actions on Future Policy Developments
Module 3: Influence of Changing Fundamental Values on Public Administration
