CourseGraphic The public manager must act quickly in a gray, marginal area where laws are silent or confusing. Circumstances are ambiguous and complex. Where does the manager turn? Ethics commissions or designated agency ethics officers are not available in all jurisdictions. The ASPA code of ethics is an industry standard resource to provide an essential framework for public administrators.                                                   

This course requires between 8-10 hours of study.
