CourseGraphic While those in the private sector have the luxury of catering to those that can afford their products, a public servant is bound to serve all constituents and needs to be prepared for a variety of interactions.  This module will require the student to reflect on the material presented in the modules of leadership and community engagement course to develop a personal action plan. For it has been said: the leader who fails to plan, plans to fail.  

This course requires between 8-10 hours of study.   

Module 1:  Challenges and Issues that Face Public Service Leaders
Module 2: Embracing Citizen Engagement
Module 3: Creating a Personal Philosophy of Leadership
