CourseGraphic In this course, students will learn about public policy formulation and implementation in public organizations through rules and procedures.  Students will also learn about decision making in public organizations and evaluating public service goals as part of the decision-making process. 

This course requires between 8-10 hours of study.   

Module 1:  Categorize the Influences of Public Policy and Program Implementation in Light of Challenges
Module 2: Complexity in Rulemaking and Implementation
Module 3: The Necessity of Regulation for Government Activity
