CourseGraphic The Role of Public Administration course is an introductory course designed to introduce current and future public servants to the legal and political definitions of public administration. Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to: Define Public Administration, Identify the differences between political and legal definitions of public administration, Identify the elements of bureaucracy, and Understand the importance of constituent trust in public administration.                                                                  

This course requires between 8-10 hours of study.
