Self-Defense at Home

The General Firearm Safety Course is a prerequisite for this course. 

Learn the different measures a citizen might take while defending themselves and their families within the confines of their home. This course will cover will cover a number of issues such as ethical considerations, mental preparation, how the layout of your home might influence your choices, and of course firearms safety. Please Note: All participants must be at least 14 years of age. Participants between 14 and 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.

There is no range time for this course. The class will be held at the Liberty Mountain Gun Club and will start promptly in the Shotgun Lodge.

Please, do NOT bring your own firearms to the class.

Seats are limited, so be sure to register ahead of time! Minimum of 2 students per class. To receive a refund for the class, you must cancel at least 1 week before the start date. If you need to cancel your registration, please email CPCE@liberty.edu so we can assist. If the class you are interested in is full, we recommend checking back periodically in case of cancellations.
