CORE serves as the orientation and foundation for each technical studies specialization. Topics addressed include introduction to Safety, Construction Math, Hand Tools, Power Tools, Construction Drawings, Communication Skills, Employability Skills, and Materials Handling. This course serves as a prerequisite to most Non-Credit Technical Studies courses, and can be taken concurrently with any Level-1 Technical Studies course.
*Before registering for any of Liberty's Non-credit Technical Studies courses, you must obtain your NCCER card number. If you do not have an NCCER card, you may go to NCCER.org and create an account to get your number.
*Cancellation Policy:
Students cancelling before class begins will receive a full refund.
Students cancelling within the first four weeks of class will receive a 75% refund.
Students cancelling within the fifth through eighth week of class will receive a 50% refund.
Students cancelling after the eighth week will not receive a refund.
